Mogstation not showing exsting characters

I have four characters on my account, Viridiana Sovari, Gwinvere Kirena, Aria Placida, and Alera Imperia, all on Balmung. Mogstation is only showing Viridiana Sovari under my character list, and Lodestone is only allowing me to log in with her, even though Aria is my main (and is still showing as my character on the forums).

In addition, during the few minutes I was able to get into the character server before they crashed, all 4 characters were present, but only Viridiana's appearance would load.

Got the same problem. I just have one character. want to make an au ra. already have the fantasia but can't rename him because damn mog station isn't showing my character which pisses me off

Update: In game character selection is sometimes letting me see my character, sometimes not.

I guessed the servers now got completely out of balance... oh man I hate it
