Mogstation Question

So I thought I was all set for HW coming up but looked at the Mog Station a moment ago and noticed something.

It says my account type is Heavensward Early Access, but there is apparently not an acquired license for HW? Am I fretting over nothing and will I be fine? Or is there a step I missed?

This is because you will need to register your actual "HW registration code" before June 27th. You'll get the code with your digital/physical copy once it becomes available. This code is separate from the pre-order code you used to get Early Access.

You wont get that till you actually have your copy of the game sent to you. The EA code will last till the 26th? I think it is, by which time either the item should have arrived at your door or the digital copy's code will be available to register.

No one should, unless their physical copy arrived way too early. The only code people should have gotten was the pre-order code. The expansion doesn't officially go on sale till the 23rd.

I actually got 2 codes, and entered the one for HW in the Mog Station but my page shows like the OP's... I'm not sure I get this :/

My situation sounds similar...

I pre-ordered heavensward CE, got an email with a code that I entered on the website to receive the 20-digit one, entered that on mog station a few days ago... and my client won't update to 3.0. Checked mogstation, and there's a red circle JUST like the picture posted, which verifies that ARR is a registered service account, but heavensward (directly beneath it) has no circles at all. When I try to create a new character, Au Ra is greyed out, and everything still has ARR logo. I'm extremely p/o right now.

If there was supposed to be a separate "early access" code, I didn't receive it, despite pre-ordering the CE.

I DID get a confirmation Email this morning about HW (physical copy, btw) shipping and on its way... Do I really need to wait for that to arrive at my doorstep before I have access to HW content??

Nevermind, I got it to work -_- I play on PS4 and my roommate (whom my post is about) is on PC. I was logging into the PC client with MY login, but that didn't do anything. Once I got his login information and used it, it then promted to update the client to Heavensward. So You gotta login with YOUR OWN user ID/PW in order for it to finish installing with the HW content.
