So when the game comes back online at 2am, everything in that patch regarding 2.0 will be active? Such as the altered experience, and the tomes of soldier being gone? I understand access to 3.0 is not going to be available unless you pre-ordered, but are the 2.0 changes going to be in effect.. or will that have to wait until the 23rd?
