Static Looking for Melee DPS and Magic DPS for HW and Beyond

Hi, Given I have time to kill while I wait for the Expansion to drop....

Looking for 1 Melee and 1 Magic DPS for a Static

Current Set up
WHM/SCH
AST/SCH
NIN/BRD/MCH
BRD/MCH
DRK/WAR
PLD/DRK
Obviously, 1st class is main raiding class but given the changes in Jobs with the Expansion, flexibility is a good option to have

Looking for Members who can do Great DPS and are fast learners. Not looking to start raiding till Alex but would like to have a couple of runs to iron out any issues the week before Alex drops.

Must have TS and be able to communicate well in English. 3 nights a week (Wed/Thu 20:00 - 23:00ST and Sunday or Monday same time)
