Unable to Complete Version Check and Script Error (NEED HELP!!!)

today I login for update 3.0 then I press button for update my PC have blue screen after I restart PC it say unable to complete version check [30605][20448][10009][10019] then I try to fix as always with change IP restart again but this time not work and I try many ways finally I uninstall FFXIV but it not help and If not have version check problem it will script error "an error has occurred in the script on this page" after that it turn black and say "Due to ongoing maintenance this page is currently unavaliable Please try again later" but other can load patch I dont get it. If someone who how to fix pls tell me thank you all.
