hey my girlfriend pre ordered the expansion today and we got a early access code. i went to the website and validated it and now when i go and try to add it to her account where it should say add pre order bonus code its no longer there. is it to late to apply this to her account? or am i missing something here. thanks
your explanation is a little confusing. If I'm reading this correctly, you both got pre-order codes and entered your own which worked fine. But when you went onto her account, the button isn't visible on her account page?
What I am thinking he is trying so say when he goes to https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/na to add his code it will ask him to Redeem code and when he goes to redeem it says redeem but when he refreshes the page it no longer there My boy this is a data packet issue refresh again if says nothing and u look at the thing says you are not login. this is what you should do.
