Collector Edition rewards on 19th or 23rd?

I was wondering when are we getting the CE license code as the Mog Station already has an option to input it I was kinda hoping to get it on 19th as I'm planning to change to Au Ra and I need that fantasia :cool:

I so want to troll right now saying that you have to do all the delivery moogle quests prior to 3.0 to get it on the 19th, otherwise 23rd.
