Help needed with the pre order and account information

My , lets call her sister, told me to make sure her final fantasy accout was ready for heavensward. I downloaded the patch, 4.5 gig but when I click on account on the start up screen it shows a circle for just the realm reborn and not a liscense for heavenward. I ordered heavensward just to find out if her order didn't go through. after I paid, I found the email where she had ordered it a month ago. what now? did I do something wrong? why isn't it showing her liscence in account information for heavensward, the circle?

any help will be appreciated as I don't want to get fired.

Has she entered the early access code?

Look at her account page. At the top it will state whether she registered the early access code or not. If not enter the code. The box for for the licence shows whether the actual product has been registered. You will not be able to do that until about Tuesday when you receive your registration code, either with the physical product or via a digital download. The Early Access code will allow you to play in the HW areas til 27 June after which time you must register the product. Hope this helps.

If it's the PS3/4 digital version..

on the top left there is a logo that says the lodestone, in the center it says mog station, on the right it has her user name.
