Unable to patch launcher

Every time I start up the launcher and it tries to patch it the connection seems to halt every few seconds, resulting in a repeating spike of activity followed by nothing. A couple of minutes later, it fails with the following:

"Unable to download patch files. [11003][10009][10019]"

It seems like generic server connection issues, but I'm the only one of my friends who's getting it at the moment. Is there anything I can do besides wait it out?

I just got this error as well.. I restarted my launcher and so far so good but I feel it's only a matter of time before it errors out again.. >_<

I fixed the problem.

My router was acting up -- I reset it and everything's fine now!

And restarting my launcher worked. No problems, all updated now. ^^

I have problem too and now cant fix :(

i don't know about the launcher man, i'm getting this, very frustrating, been trying to restart the download for HOURS

so many solutions, nothing worked

Run the game in Admin you should not have a issue then i had the same issue with it on my pc version
