Heavensward PSN, Where is it?

Hello,

Wasn't Heavensward supposed to be in EU PSN store for yesterday's update? I need the CE Digital Copy for my PS4 and where do I get it from?

I'm afraid I won't get it on time as well since I live in the Middle East, so is there any other source?

I believe a rep said it'll be available starting June 19, no eariler than that.
I cannot find the source as I'm not on my PC, :v but I'm pretty sure that's what they said.

No they said it will be up on the 19th
