Can you still preorder tomorrow?

I am asking because I don't know and a friend of mine wants to pick it up if it is preorder-able tomorrow still.

You should, in theory, be able to. After all Expac Official Launch is the 23rd. So at least until then.

Like any game, you can preorder until the launch date.
