Looking for a FC!

I've been playing since 2.0 but have never managed to find a FC to land and call home permanently. I'm hoping to fix that with the upcoming expansion.

I'm looking for a fun, social FC that welcomes a somewhat casual player who wants to work their way up though the more challenging content and become a more skilled player. In previous games I always wound up on the B team, lol... I am looking to improve my skills, though my time is somewhat limited due to my job.
