Ive been to both Artnia and the Eorzea cafe, never seen that plush there before.
We'll be going back sometime in the next two weeks, so I could check again, but Im pretty sure these havent released yet...

There use to be an old Carby plush at the peak of FFXI you could buy - but these are definitely not that one
