Problem with Version Check PS4

OK, so I'm having a bit of a problem with my game. The last time I played the game was Sunday and it worked fine. On Monday, whenever I started the game on my PS4 it gave me this error:

Unable to complete version check. [20447][24530] [10009][-2143088536]

I'm stuck. I have restarted the game, my console, my router, reconnected my PS4 to the internet, nothing works. Last night I even deleted the game off and re-downloaded it. That didn't work either. In fact now I just have a year old version of the game that won't go through the version check so I guess I'm slightly worse off now.

Another thing that I have noticed is that I can't even access the FF14 website, it just loads and loads. Now I don't know if this is because of something on their end or the start of some massive conspiracy against me but any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated.
