I don't usually make topics hoping for a dev response, but I cannot find any information regarding this.
We will find out when someone returning from 1.0 uses it and reports for the first time.
So, Friday.
I do not expect it to count 1.0 at all at launch. This will probably be deemed a bug, and then we will have to file a report ingame to a GM to get it corrected.
