Need SMN rotation.

I feel like I'm not doing anything near what I should be. Can anyone recommend some rotations?

And if possible whatever macros you use. Pet macros as well.

You setup your dots, then you maintain them. This includes shadowflare, unless the boss moves a lot.

If you are not under RS, fester whenever you refresh bio.

If you are under RS (or Aetherflow cd is coming up), create a GCD window by using Ruin II.

Stay in melee range, and right click when fight begins to autoattack during gcds.

Ruin II as much as your mana will allow for it (you'll get used to your mana consumption).

Use Spur + Rouse together (in sequential oGCDs following ruin IIs) and Enkindle only when spur + rouse.

If there is ANY chance of enkindle hitting more than 1 enemy in the next 5 minutes, delay enkindle until that point.

Don't die.

Use your pet abilities on cd.

The thing is with is there's no set rotation outside of the opener which varies with your current pet.
Ifrit: (shadow flare as boss is being pulled)> RS> Bio>Bio2> Miasma>Ruin 2 [Fester]> Ruin 1 Spam> Bio 1 [Fester]> Ruin spam> Shadow Flare> Miasma> Bio 2> Bio 1 [Fester]
Garuda: RS> Bio 2> Miasma> Bio 1[Fester]> Swiftcast/Shadow Flare> Ruin 1 spam> Bio 1[Fester]> Contagion

After the opener, you just have to keep your DoTs up, Ruin 1 spam, and use Fester the best you can while not overlapping your DoTs by a couple of seconds.
Personally Ilike to stay in melee range to auto attack.

As for macros, I don't use them. However, you can macro together Swiftcast/Shadow Flare, Swiftcast/Resurrection, and Rouse/Spur/Enkindle. I heard those work for people but I don't know.

I consider myself a decent smn but hardly optimal, I'm too lazy.

okay so you want to have aether flow at 30s during the pull so you can immediatly aetherflow when you use all 3 aetherflows
precast shadow flare>rs>intpot>bio2>miasma>bio>fester>miasma2>contagin>ruin2>swiftcast>summon3>rouse>spur>ruin2>enkindle>weave ifrits' off gcds

never use enkindle unless you have both rouse and spur up keep dots up and never res itll kill youre mana and youll be dead in the water after that
