Where do i add FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward code?

I bought FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward, got a code but where do i add this code? can't figure it out, help please! :P

There should be a button saying FF14 Heavensward Pre-order Code in your Mog Station.
