We don't recruit just to recruit so we look for people that are not just junior bacon badass's but also people that have a cool head and great mentality, as well as the ability to play well with others and value the bonds we make together. Knowledge- You must know your class and be able to pull your weight and Seek to always improve.
Honor- By wearing the Dream tag, you represent everyone in the FC, never do anything to bring dishonor to the Dream name.
Participation: Both in game and Teamspeak, be proactive and join in with fellow Dreamers on farm groups, clear groups, random funzies, ect and let your voice be heard.
Humor: Dream is a semi-hardcore FC but its the sexy and silly humor thats makes every moment in Dream precious and memorable
community: We are fairly close knit, we want people to want to be in dream not just for progression but also for the amazing people that makes Dream feel like home.
