No idea what to do...

i just started the game. Im now in limsa lominsa in la noscea.

You still have the main quest right? Do that first. Get introduced to the guildleve system. Explore a little. Try crafting and gathering. Keep doing main story quests as they become available. Around rank 15, take the ferry out of the west of town and follow the road to Ul'dah, where the people are.

Continuing with the story quest will help give you a little direction or you can just start doing guildleves or killing things.

If you're not sure who to talk to or where to go for your story quest, open up the Journal and select the quest on the list. It will bring up a summary that has another button that says "Map" on it. It will show exactly who you need to talk to in town or where you have to go to in the wilderness.

For guildleves, you pick them up from the lit up counter in the adventurer's guild, with the person in the center giving battle or gathering leves, the person to the side for craft leves. Guildleves are quick mini-quests that you can do for considerable XP but there is a limit to them, 8 battle/gathering, 8 crafting. They reset every 36 hours globally, you can see how long until they reset on your Attributes screen, in the "Timers" Tab.

Thanks guys. I've gotten all the battlecraft leves done, but i dont know how to do the crafting and others. i tried doing one leve and i was asked to use some ability but i dont have any abilities.

You need to grab the tool required to actually change into that crafting class before you can do a crafting leve. I think this might be your issue, I'm not too sure. Once you equip the tool, you get Synthesis from the menu, pick "Requested Items", then pick the guildleve you want to do from the list. After that you pick what hand you want to craft with (if you just have the starting tools you'll only be able to pick Main Hand).
