Looking for a great BRD for 3.0 raid, on Moogle server

Hey there, just like the title says, our static is looking for a PLD and a BRD/MNK to fill our spots before the start of HW. We're aiming for server Moogle's first kill. The schedule is raiding 6 days out of 7 (Friday or Saturday free it depends) for at least 5/6 hours with 15-20 mins break for food ect... from 6pm ST to 12am ST.

Requirements:
- Know how to play your job at 100% (that means you need a really good dps too)
- Learn fast
- Adapt to any situation
- Be motivated to play a lot and clear stuff
- TS+mic required
- Having at least some craft classes for repairs inside the instance (not a must but would be really great)

And of course we're going to sell runs once we've completed the raid to make a lot of money. We do joke around a lot but i want 100% focus during the progress and don't always mess around. If you have cleared t13 before the echo that's a good thing and second coil savage is a great plus too.
