Preorder Question
Ok so I got the email that SE would be charging for the pre-order on the 18th, and it said I should check my details with the square enix store to ensure the billing information is correct.
Well I tried to log into the store and it wouldn't let me, I noticed something about new accounts for the store so I tried creating one. My email is already in use.
Super, so I try to log in again, and again no go. I send an email to my account requesting a password change figuring I might have forgotten it.
I got the email, and when I tried to change it "The information cannot be changed at this time". Figured I might have used a password that was too short, tried again with 10 character pass, same notification. So I tried a third time with an even longer pass, same notification.
So I'm supposed to check to make sure my billing info is correct on an account I apparently am not allowed to access or modify in any way...
Is this a known bug or am I just kind of screwed here?
