Blacklist Comment Feature

I don't blacklist people typically but when I do - I know - it was for a great justice.

Yet it has been so long on some names that I can't remember why I did it...

Thus it would be cool to add some sort of comment besides the persons name so I can remember why I chose to ignore said person.

I would appreciate this.

I'd love something like this simply for the sake of differentiating between "rmt" and "actual person".

I would like a feature maybe like they did with friends list so I can tell rmt from real people.

Blacklist should be 2 options "blacklist" & "RMT". With rmt being flagged, if someone is tagged more than 5 times in a minute. This would prevent people from abusing the features.

Edit: After thought, this "RMT list" should also autoclear after 30 days so I don't have to keep cleaning it out cause its full. none of these characters last that long anyway.

Its like the FC short message. I'd like to have that apply to our friends list as well.

Add this now SE. It'll make investigating RMT reports a bit easier, I'm sure. Especially since I doubt you get actual "reports" sent in on every single person who gets blacklisted for RMT......

I used to use a little mod in wow that let me put notes by peoples names on my friends and ignore list. Turned out not to be too useful - all the jerks i met in randoms were labelled the same thing : p

bringing back judges would also work, just have their own little rooms where rmts will whisper them seeing them as a normal player and the judge could sit there with an instaban button, Ah that'd be nice. But they won't cause they want to prosecute so they need proof and a paper trail. Though I'm pretty sure my original post would still get them what they need for that.

I do like the OP's idea of adding a comment when you blacklist. I know I removed some people from my blist cause it was full that I'll regret one day.

In regards to it being full, I'm still personally fond of a suggestion someone had in another thread. I'd link it, but I don't remember what thread, or who said it, so my apologies to the original poster of it. The idea was basically that accounts that had been permabanned would either show up as being greyed out, or automatically delisted from your black list.....

As is, we can be certain that quite a few of the RMT accounts, (the really obvious ones anyhow), on our blacklists have been banned. However, we don't know which ones, so those now dead accounts are still taking up space on our lists. If we remove them, we run the risk of removing one that hasn't been banned and getting the spam from that account again until we reblacklist it......
