stealth

Not sure if this is the right place. Been gone a long time. I saw someone in stealth mode. Which class can do that?

Class: Rogue, Job: Ninja

Also all the DoL can go invisible. They're the original ninjas.

I did not see an option to pick rougue when in char creation. Is there an upgrade I missed?

Limsa Lominsa, there's a quest that unlocks the Rogue's Guild just shortly after you hit level 10. It's a trader near the main Aetheryte that gives the quest to unlock the guild.

Yea, this is correct.
You had to have completed a level 10 class quest (any) to be able to unlock Rogue. I think that's the only requirement.

The wiki says
