HC Static Looking For a Few More Capable Players For 3.0

Greetings, our static is looking for a few more solid players to finalize our team. We are a hardcore group looking for highly competent players to add to our team. Raid times are up in the air at the moment, but during progression we’ll be doing runs at least 5 times a week minimum starting around 6PM EST and ending at around 12AM EST, give or take. We are willing to adjust the raid times a bit if needed however.

Some of us have been raiding together and have been doing 4x4 (double clears) and locked coil sales since SCOB, and we’re looking to continue doing this for Alexander Savage.
We don’t all belong to a specific FC, but if you need one, one of our members has a FC with well over 100 people in that you can join. We have an LS and skype group chat that we use for communicating with each other as well as Teamspeak.

We are currently looking for:

- 1 Melee DPS (NIN or DRG)
- 1 Tank (Any, but PLD / DRK preferred)

Things we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:

- All content on farm long before the echo or can prove themselves otherwise
- Have at least 1 geared alt if not two or willing to level them ASAP.
- Melee has extensive knowledge about their job and able to push top tier DPS
- Tank knows their job inside out, possesses melee awareness, and knows how to use cool downs properly to mitigate as much damage as possible while still doing good DPS.
- Good availability and punctuality (Shows up on time)
- Has raid awareness and learns new mechanics quickly
- Vocal when necessary in voice chat

All of these points don’t have to be met, but the more you meet the better. Transfers are cool but, we will most likely run a few things with you to gage your capabilities and DPS. If we aren’t satisfied you may be turned down so please take that into consideration if you are going to transfer for us to try you out. Evidently if you have any parses or videos of you playing that can also help.
