FARSHOT

so im almost R46, i checked my abilities list and next up im getting farshot, in anticipation an xcitement i goole it and read that this skill is broken, now this post is from FEB. and i havent read any post about it ever since. was is it supposed to do??

i see it as a "Pulling" ability where i get a Range increase but dmg reduction so i can get a mob that is far or has a agro mob between me and the mob i wanna kill. then since i did little damage with that shot the tank can get all hate at the begining of the fight.

am i correct about this ability?
