Support ticket bug

alert won't go away, even after closing all tickets listed in Support info & history tabs. as given in this pic. filed ingame, and out of game bug tickets, still no answer. help please.

Known issue that has been reported a few times this year. Have to reply to it to make it go away.

sad they can't fix bugs, but they can bring in new content and level increases.
