Question about RMT reports

I don't know if this is the right place to post this sort of question but I was looking at the action taken report
and I wanted to know if it's possible to see numbers/stats by servers?
I want to make an alt (I skipped all ever cut scenes/dialog so I want to replay and actually enjoy everything) but I don't want one on my current server (Leviathan) and I don't want to transfer to another server riddled with RMT spam.

Or would it just be better/easier to ask other people in other servers if it's worth going there?

I don't know about any reports like that but I recently created a character on ragnarok and didn't receive any of the spam from rmts like I get on my main server. Best of luck in your search.

From my experience servers that are normally locked from character creation have the least amount of spam. Or, if you do not mind the language barrier you can just transfer to a JP data center, who do not get RMT spam, at all.

May be my next move as well because i am quite tired of having to busy status all the time

I figured the higher populated servers would have more spam and I've never really had luck getting a new character in the ones regularly locked servers. Language barrier isn't too big of a deal, but in case I needed help I would rather not have to spam auto translate.

You may not be able to make a new character on said server, but you can certainly transfer a made one. just look for servers locked most of the time and transfer there (but i don't think that was your point anyway) But there are some english based jp servers, if you poke around a bit. if you never want to deal with rmt spam again, they are your best bet.
