At this point do yu just toss it out and hope SE does not make it redeemable?

The coin was redeemable for 30,000 seals awhile back, but you're pretty much SOL now. Not sure why you hung onto it.

You got to keep yours? Mine was missing from the inventory of both of my characters that had one when 2.0 launched. A few of my friends were missing theirs as well.

Kept mine as well. Hope it will be redeemable once we get a new rank. Yoshi make it so !

In which update was it changed?

In 1.0 it was re3deemable, in 2.0 not so much
