when i went to go redeem my code from steam for heavensward, i wasn't sure is i had to redeem the CE one or the pre order one so i went with pre order but now i dont know how to redeem the CE, when i tried to upgrade it dose not ask for a code what do i do?
did i mess up my pre-order CE?

* Those who have completed a pre-purchase on Steam will receive both an early access code, which will grant the pre-order bonuses, and your full game registration code. These codes can be found in the “CD Key” section of the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn game library page. In order to participate in early access, you must register your 20-digit early access code on the Mog Station.

Except the input code is xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx and pre order cod is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx so is being declined
