Static looking for a Caster DPS

We are a static looking for either a Blm or a SMN for 3.0. We all have FCoB on farm, but we don't required the new member to be, at least some experience will be enough. We raid 3 times a week and we also have a back up day just in case something happens or people want to go for it the extra day. Our Raid days are Wednesday and Thursday 9pm EST till 2am, Sunday 11pm EST - 2am EST.
