Mog Station log in issues

Hello

We're having trouble logging into the Mog station on my wifes ps4. We can log into the game just fine but when we try and use the Mog station it keeps saying user id and or password incorrect...

Not using any security token and double checked the log in, using the same as always and what she uses to log into the game. Nothing has been changed..

Any ideas?
