"Support Team can not assist"

So I have been booted from the game a lot recently, as I'm sure a lot of you have been with the 90k error code from talking to other players and my FC. This doesn't hurt me nearly as much as the "Support" I received after 3102 for little over an hour and try to contact the support desk as it prompts you too.

After ~30 mins in a queue I finally get to speak to someone and first thing I read is "Sorry but we are unable to help, The Support Service does not have the ability to removed a player from the game so you can re log. There is an automatic system that will removed inactive players after 24-48 hours."

This is just baffling, we pay to play this game and should have the proper support if something should go array. Don't get me wrong I understand its not the person on the other end of the chats fault for this as I tried my best to not take it out on them and decided to come to the forums instead. This is crazy!

First off, Please give your support teams the ability to fix these issues by kicking characters or anything else they would need for other issues! Secondly, This is one of your most profitable games currently, please treat it and people who are experiencing issues with it a little more respect and give us a 24/7 Customer Support, instead of Support times that dont match up very will with a good bit of players work Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 Pst If not 24/7 at least included weekends when a majority of your players will be online.
