Heya! It's common knowledge that Yoshi will be reading some patch note highlights at E3, and I have to wonder, will the preliminary patch notes be released before, during, or after the FFXIV presentation at E3?
This is more a question for the Community Reps, if anything.

well if you look back at past readings

http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...18d0d45bf52d59 which was released same day at 1;50 am est.
15:00= 3pm in Japan and 2am est so from that it seems that they may release it just before the reading starts. -
