Where is the PS3/ PS4 PSN Heavensward CE Digital Download (EU)?

I have checked this today and still no sign of this, there is now only 10 days until 'early access' and I am wondering just when we are expected to see this, let alone buy it? :(

Many thanks for this,
bit disappointing to hear that by the time I have bought this, downloaded and then installed it, many people would have had almost a full day on it, but at least they have finally let us know.

where people keep getting this "almost a full day" thing is mind boggling. the patch data for the expansion is going to everyone, but the access to the jobs, lvl cap, and new areas will require owning the expansion. what do you think your game would do if you ran into a dark knight au ra without the data to say what you ran into was?
