Square Enix issues me a warning for 'being inactive' GM help?

After waking up from a party late last night, I was greeted with an email that had told me that I had received a warning for inappropriate text chat, although I had not accessed the account in a few days. The following is SE telling me that I was banned for AFKing and even admitting that I did not do anything wrong, and then consequently disconnecting me. bumping for ridiculousness. GMs need to see this. Totally inappropriate of a customer support rep.

This seems like you really got someone completely incompetent. If being AKF for more than 15-30 minutes requires a "warning", then how exactly have half the people playing the game not been banned when they went to eat supper, or are waiting on a long DF? GMs, please take a look at this. Something clearly isn't right here......

Did the phone jacker jump onto SE support line or something?!

That is absurd. If you can get warnings for AFKing, my entire FC should just be stacked with warnings. Members routinely go AFK overnight.

There may be more to this. If he was logged in afk, someone with access to the computer could have done something. they dont usually suspend people for no reason.

I can't read that tiny text, but does it say he was banned for AFKing in a dungeon/raid or just AFKing in general? Or was it AFKing during live support chat?

Thing is, I didn't even AFK. I received an email that my account had a strike on it due to 'inappropriate' text chat which occurred on a day I wasn't even home. I can no longer use text chat as a result of this, along with a permanent record of this warning strike on my SE account..

Does anyone share your computer?
