Say a fc has a house, size of it doesn't matter. If the fc leader was to disband the fc, what happens to the house? Does the ex leader get to keep it or does it all go back to be auctioned? Just curious is all.

The house has to be relinquished and demolished, although once the FC has been disbanded, nothing is stopping the FC leader from snatching the plot for a personal house right afterward. However, what you'll frequently see is someone selling a FC with a house, kit and caboodle. That way the value of the contents are not also lost, as would be the case when the house is demolished.
