Steps:
1. Reached the landing area after stone Vigil dungeon.
2. Main scenario quest is locked until reaching lvl 44
3. Exited landing area by talking to the attendant
4. Reached lvl 44, attempted to pick up next scenario quest.
5. Talked to Lionnellais, but no option to converse with Cid available.
6. Issued an in game GM ticket
7. Posted thread after being advised to.

I saw another post regarding this but was unable to reply to thread or reply with quote, so I decided to create one.
Last thread that with the similar issue was : Can't get back to Cid to get to get "Lady of the Vortex" quest
