Simple <TiS> Recruiting Exceptional Players for EST-based Heavensward Static
Hello, everyone! Simple is currently recruiting members for one of our statics. Simple is a free company that has been keeping up in terms of progression ever since SCoB. We cleared SCoB 3rd in terms of FC clears (but our group was probably 4th) on Hyperion and had two statics clear within the first 10 groups of the server for FCoB. We're not looking to be "World First", but we try hard and we push ourselves as far as we can without compromising our real lives. Due to various real life circumstances/schedule changes, we're having to replace three of our original members. This is not a static that is being freshly formed; we are already established and a majority of us have been running together for months. That said, if a semi-hardcore static sounds like something you'd be interested in, please apply.
We are currently seeking:- PLD (or DRK, depending)
- WHM (or AST, depending)
When do we raid?
This static is EST-based. We will begin raids at around 4:30 PM EST, but this time can be pushed back a bit. We want to start NO LATER THAN 5:30 PM EST. We will be running until 9 - 9:30 PM EST on weekdays (Monday - Friday) with some weekend push days, depending on the week's progression. This schedule is pretty much set until we have the content on farm, at which point scheduling will lighten up until the next wave of content is released.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for people who are competent and take criticism and are looking to grow as players. If your personality does not mesh with what we're looking for, we will not keep you. If you're coming from another server, a transfer does not guarantee you the spot.
We're looking for exceptional players who can keep up with the demands required of a progression static. We're looking for people who will be willing to level up the new classes if they're required in an ideal raid group set up. A healer who is capable of thinking on their toes and adapting to a situation, as well as being able to hold their own if a fight calls for our SCH to DPS more to make the raid DPS high enough to clear. Flexibility of jobs is a definite plus, but if you're absolutely confident in your abilities as the job you apply as, we're not unreasonable enough to force you to swap to something that will cause your performance to suffer.
A T13 clear is most certainly preferred, but if you have some Savage clears under your belt without a T13 clear, we may still consider your application. We do want a decent amount of experience in Final Coil, however, and we will be taking you into FCoB as a "try out" to see how you do.
We WILL NOT ask you to call out of work for extended periods of time or ask you to skip an evening exam in order to make it to raid time. We understand that work and school should always come first, so this is not something we would ever expect of you.
