Returning Player Looking for Static Raid Group for Heavensward
Like I said in the title I am a returning player looking for a raid group for Heavensward. Looking to raid late night starting around 11:00pm EST or later. I am planning on playing SMN in 3.0 but I wouldn't mind tanking as a Dark Knight either.
I learn fights quickly and know how to max dps while following mechanics in order to beat tight enrage timers when pushing content. I love theory crafting and min/max on every character I play.
I am looking for a group that is serious about pushing content as quickly as possible, and strives to be one of the first groups on the server to down content.
My experience:
In ffxiv I mained a SMN during Turns 1-5. We were the 3rd FC on the server to clear turn 4 and were doing well on turn 5 for a while. I lost multiple people 3 different times during turn 5 progression. I got tired of recruiting and gear people just to see another person quit when we were getting more progression done, so I left the game instead of finding a new FC.
I have experience both tanking and dpsing in WoW and SWTOR as well. I was an assassin tank in SWTOR and clearing the Hard Modes of the first to Operations(raids) when the content was current.
In WoW I was a DK tank, Monk Tank, and Warlock dps downing most of the content in the game when it was current from Burning Cursade to current. On my Monk tank I had top 200 world parses on all of the first 2 tiers of Mists of Pandaria. On my lock I have top 200 parses for most the encounters I have cleared for the current tier except for a few fights that we don't have down enough for me to cheese meters. I am always one of the top damage in my group on targets that matter. I also have 2 top 5 world parses on the current tier.
To sum it up I have about 8 years experience raiding in various games as both a tank and dps. I have also been a raid leader several times.
