ISO a static group for 3.0 and beyond

First some info on myself. :D

I have been here since beta version 1, completed everything in 2.0+ minus coil. I can be quiet in fc chat but focused in raids. I am available most evenings and nights est. A 3 day a week raid schedule is perfect imo. My headset doesn't like mumble but I have really no issues with other voice chat programs. Have made 3 zeta (brd, blm, smn).

My experience...
In xi I ran endgame for years with the same core group. In XIV the statics I have joined always broke down, ppl didn't show up, caused drama or recruited me for a group that then never actually runs. Started a couple myself, had problems with people showing up. Have yet to clear t9 and above and do not want to be stuck on that boat in 3.0.

If you have a stable static or a good group of people I am interested in checking each other out to see if we are a good fit.
