I purchased Heavensward on Amazon, but where is the Early access Code??

I pre-ordered Heavensward about a month ago, and they said they will send the code before early access begins. and I also heard that steam and users who purchased Heavensward on square-enix hompage receive their Early access code as soon as they purchased.

I just want to know why amazon doesn't send Early access code.

Please let me know

I purchased the ps4 NA version of the game from the SE store the day pre-orders opened and haven't received my code.

You might have thought of this already, but have you checked your spam folder? When I preordered HW from the Square Enix Store the receipt for it came in my e-mail's inbox while the e-mail containing the early access code ended up in the spam folder.

When I enter the code to get the EA code it says "pending."
