So I know you can have one toon to do everything but im going to make another just to play with and just for fun (plus id like another race).
My question is there a way to move stuff from one toon to another I noticed you cant in mail since you have to be friends with the person sending email too is there another way to send stuff to yourself besides using a third party?
Sadly, no, there isn't. Any gear you've previously used that has a spiritbond (even 1% spiritbond) cannot be traded or sent in the mail anyway so it's somewhat moot I guess.
If you want to send gear to a new character don't worry about it too much, as the game is designed so that a new character will get most gear they need fairly frequently through quests (specifically the class quests given by the guild, but main story quests, sidequests and leves do as well which will tide you over til you start running dungeons and can farm dungeon gear).
I'm using as FC Leader the third part of our Tresure Chest to trade mats and stuff between my twink and main chara. Otherwise there isn't realy a way without a good trustworthy friend, as Enkidoh already said.

If your characters both join the same FC and have rights to the FC chest, you can use that. It's also possible to have one of your characters sell items to the other through the marketboard. (Or to pass gil to your alt, have the alt post something trivially cheap for the amount you want to pass to them and have your richer character buy it. You will lose the 5% MB fee for that, though.) Or, you obviously know about the option of finding a friend to help you pass stuff around. Those are the only workarounds I know of.
(I still wish SE would add an option for this more directly. Back when the game came out there were a lot of requests for it, though after such a long time of SE not responding to them, most people have stopped asking. :()
