LF SCH for 3.0 Raids

Hi we are a group of players who met in SCOB and have been progressing as a static. We are looking for one SCH to fill our ranks.

Raid Timings & Introduction

We are a group of working adults. We have played 6 days/week and would like to lessen the load from now on. Hence, for 3.0 we will play 3 days/week, 2.5hrs per session. We expect a light schedule but hardcore gameplay. If you have fun under scrutiny, this group is for you. We are not for 1st clears, but effective use of time. Meaning, the same mistakes should not be made more than 2 times. Our timezone is GMT+8/9. We play from 1030 GMT8.

Requirements
- Punctuality. Not even a second late.
- Have a working mic & discuss strategies with voice. Also, using voice to alert players is a must. Only our bard is given concession to be excused from the mic. We use mumble.
- Must know all classes in detail.
- Easily adaptable to raid requirements. If DPS is needed, you are required to.
- Be eager for gear upgrades. If a crafted piece is needed for progression, we expect you to buy it however only within your means.
- Be able to micro manage pet, however, if the raid doesn't die, it is really up to you to choose to set pet to auto or not.
- Read guides before hand, knowing the full details of the fight including timing and phase change requirements, etc.
