So I've just returned to the game after a 10 month break or so and whenever I try to send a message, all I get is "Message to xxx xxxx could not be sent.".
People have been messaging me about joining their FC's yet I cant reply to anyone it seems. Nor Can I /Tell anyone.
Is this some sort of new measure against RMTs and I cant send a tell for like the first 72 hours or something??
Very frustrating.
