Gamestop Preoder

So i preordered from Gamestop, go to site and put in my validation code, fine then when i hit ps4 for system it tells me that i cant switch. I did the free transfer from ps3-ps4 is this what everyone is talking about? And any ideas?

Which game did you pre-order? If you pre-ordered the PS3 then you need to be on PS3.

ps4 is what i preorded or do i click ps3 even though i play on the ps4 and hit transfer on my ps4 when i get the disc. This is so confusing and im a project manager for a construction company lol.
