Turn 10 - Problems when adds spawn

Hi,

I've been farming T10 madly to try and get my tank ring, however on some occasions when the adds spawn, the framerate drops to about 1-5FPS (it actually feels like a crash) and then when the adds (daughter of imdugud, son of imdugud) spawn, they're invisible.

This issue then persists and keep occurring until the client is restarted.

At first I thought it was a problem with one of the files on my PC, but then I experienced it on the PS4 and another player complained about it in duty finder.
