Ps4 EU physical copy and early access codes.

First of all, i know there is a thread on PSN release date for pre-order, and this may be better off asked there, but that thread is going downhill fast.

So my question is, and hopefully someone will be able to answer this (lets pray for a dev or rep from SE), for those of us on PS3/PS4 who have pre-ordered a physical edition of Heavensward, do we have to wait until the 19th when its released on EU PSN before we can use this code and download it? I am uncertain if the code can be used to bypass the need of Heavensward being up on PSN store and wether it just downloads like a big update from SE.

I am not sure how the systems work, so this may end up being a stupid question.......O.o

Already redeemed my code last week(and they've updated lodestone earlier as well) and downloaded it yesterday.

I didn't receive any email saying that the 12 digit code they gave me can be used...
did you receive any email, before downloading the game?

No. No email just gave it a try at random.
