Custom Titles as assigned by FC members

It would be really fun if you could assign your FC mates a title (or maybe the FC leader could.)

For example, one of our FC members runs around in boxers dyed gold, so we'd like to call him "Illsaide (of the Golden Boxers.)"

It could be something you choose to display or not, much like existing titles, so if a FC member tries to play a bad joke, you can switch it out. You could also delete it and reset it at any time.

Since it's just a text file, it should not take up too much room in the database, nor would it be too terribly difficult to implement (basically, adding another table with a variable string.)
