EA code still pending

NA and ps4 user here and I beg for everyone's forgiveness if this has already been addressed but I preordered heavensword when they announced it and ha e received the preorder code. I followed the instructions to the NA preorder registration site and applied it. I have yet to receive the early access code to register it on the mog station or psn. I've been reading about a good amount of people having already received their code so I am a little worried that I may have done something incorrect. If I could get a bit of light she'd on this situation I'd greatly appreciate it.

Yeah. Site says it's under maintenance. But I know it was pending up until it went down for me. Kinda annoying I can't even check. It's been under maintenance since yesterday for me >.>

Yep. Managed to check just now. Still pending. Kinda worried now. Officially.

Mine still shows Pending.

The page still says that, and I quote, "Please note that the below codes cannot be redeemed yet. We will email you as soon as the codes are able to be redeemed. This is currently scheduled to happen on or around May 15, 2015."

Umm .. its almost a week into JUNE and its still "Pending". What's going on??????

Mine is still pending as well. I am getting very worried this close to EA.

I have not heard any NA players getting their ps4 codes so don't panic yet. I'm certain they are not going to leave a third of their player base high and dry.

If any of you were here for the 2.0 launch it was a huge mess, with less staff, less support, more issues, and they still got the codes out. Granted it was only a day or two before launch, but we got them.
