Cannot Blacklist on EU PS4

I do not know if this is a bug or not, but I cannot blacklist Ggatm'com Sellgilsendr, I keep getting friends requests from this... Maybe bot or maybe person and if getting really annoying

You need to say no to their friend request (twice actually - once on the popup window and again in your friends list), and make sure their name doesn't appear in your friends list waiting for you to approve/deny their request. At this point, you can blacklist said person.

Inelegant, I know. One button blacklist should be a thing.

I denied his friends requests about I think six time now... And yes their should be a blacklist option when they ask for their friendship and not have to write their name down and added yourself.
